How consultation forms are handled

Pending confirmation: controller of personal data (operating entity)

The form asks for name, company, title, email, country or region, type of need, timing, and a message. Phone is optional. If human verification is configured, we receive the verification result, not a biometric.

To reply to your consultation and to judge whether a next step makes sense. Not to build an advertising profile, and not for sale to third parties.

For now, consultation details are written to SQLite on the server so we can reply and debug. If notice email is configured, a copy is also sent. They are not sold. Retention is still to be set internally.
